3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo: $375 for 6 people/night — $2250 for 6 people/week

• Up to two additional family members may be accommodated at an additional charge of $10/day per person, except one child under 13 years of age will be allowed to occupy a unit at no additional charge.
• Deposit requirements: 50% of total lodging
• Pets are not permitted – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Check-In is 3 p.m. and Check-Out is 10 a.m.
• Final payment is due prior to departure. Guests are responsible for paying all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
• Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a refund will be made, less a $50 cancellation fee. If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded only if apartment is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation (less a $50 cancellation fee)
